At Mondo, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery service for all customers.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock availability, demand, and location.

 

1. Delivery Options and Fees

  • Standard delivery available across Malta and Gozo.
  •           Delivery Method: Orders are delivered via Wolt Drive, ensuring fast and reliable service.
  •           Fees vary based on location and order size; details are shown during checkout.
  •           Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

 

2. Returns and Exchanges

  •       Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  •       Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  •       Perishable goods are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

 

3. Refunds

  •       Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.
  •           Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  •           If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us at reservations@mondo.com.mt within 7 days.
  •      We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
